Supporting individuals navigating addiction and the journey of recovery, Dr. Gray draws on a trauma-informed, relational, and cognitive-behavioral (CBT) approach. She helps clients understand patterns of substance use, strengthen coping skills, and build supportive connections, guiding them toward lasting change, resilience, and a healthier, more balanced life.

Culturally Responsive LGBTQ+ Support

Providing affirming, culturally responsive support for LGBTQ+ individuals navigating identity development, relationships, stress, and life transitions. Dr. Gray integrates evidence-based care with a strengths-based, equity-centered approach that honors each client’s lived experience, intersectional identities, and goals for growth.

Codependecy

Working with individuals navigating codependent patterns, Dr. Gray incorporates principles and literature from Co-Dependents Anonymous (CoDA) within a recovery-based framework. Her approach helps clients develop healthier boundaries, foster self-awareness, and build more balanced, fulfilling relationships while supporting ongoing personal growth and recovery.
