Neurodiversity

Your brain works differently — and that's not a problem to fix. Neurodiversity coaching at GraySpace is for individuals who think and process the world in ways that don't always fit the standard mold — whether you've been diagnosed with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or simply sense that your mind operates on its own terms.

Your unique wiring is met with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we build self-awareness, practical strategies, and the confidence to move forward on your own terms. You don't need to be fixed. You need a framework that finally fits.

Addiction & Recovery

Supporting individuals navigating addiction and the journey of recovery, Dr. Gray draws on a trauma-informed, relational, and cognitive-behavioral (CBT) approach. She helps clients understand patterns of substance use, strengthen coping skills, and build supportive connections, guiding them toward lasting change, resilience, and a healthier, more balanced life.

Relationship Dynamics and Communication

Dr. Gray assists individuals in addressing challenges within relationships and enhancing communication skills. She helps clients recognize patterns, strengthen connections, manage conflict, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
