Dr. DeAna Gray

Dr. Gray, Psy.D., CCTP is a clinical psychologist specializing in complex trauma and chemical dependency. She earned her Doctor of Clinical Psychology and Master of Science in Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Gray is a certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practitioner through Cornell University, and brings experience as a DEI leader, integrating an equity-centered, culturally responsive lens to her work with individuals and communities.

Drawing on over 15 years of experience, Dr. Gray supports individuals as they move through complex life challenges. Her work spans a wide range of settings, including hospitals, community mental health organizations, inpatient and outpatient recovery clinics, university-based clinics, and the technology sector. These diverse experiences shape a thoughtful, integrative approach that honors both the complexity and humanity of each client’s story.

She offers specialized support to individuals navigating addiction and recovery, interpersonal and relational difficulties, trauma-related challenges, and major life transitions. Central to Dr. Gray’s work is the belief that growth often happens beyond black-and-white thinking—by creating space for reflection, insight, and new ways of responding to long-standing patterns.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Gray partners with organizations as a DEI consultant, facilitator, and strategic thought partner. Her work focuses on supporting leaders and teams in cultivating equity-centered practices, reflective leadership, and sustainable cultural change. She has collaborated with organizations including the National Geographic Society, offering guidance that bridges psychological insight with practical, values-driven approaches to learning and organizational development.
